Technical Assistance Provision

Arkansas Voices provides direct Technical Assistance to other non-profits around the nation seeking to create direct services for families caring for children left behind due to parental incarceration, including the children, the caregivers, (the other parent, a foster parent, a relative caregiver , and parents who are incarcerated or have come home.) and to develop community resources and coalitions within communities to better serve these families.

The Technical Assistance is free for non-profits in the state of Arkansas and includes help with grant-writing, basic research on the population within areas of the state, and seeking grant funding. Arkansas Voices staff will travel to the location of the non-profit seeking the TA.

Similar Technical Assistance is available to other groups outside the state of Arkansas with a fee of $1,000 per day, plus travel and hotel expenses.
